20 mins bike
Single are chest press , 15 each arm
200 situps or crunches
Pullovers 20
Lat pull dawn ( if your at home use a band) 20

3 sets of all

Ballet stretches
Butterfly , nose to your toes
Stratal stretch 30 seconds each toe and down the middle
Splits
